This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through MyFontz and
Pedro Teixeira Foundry websites.
1. Digital Products
All font products sold through our websites are digital products delivered
electronically. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, all sales
are generally final once delivery or download access has been provided.
2. No Physical Returns
We do not accept physical returns for digital font files.
3. Refunds
Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be considered only in limited
cases, including:
- duplicate charges or accidental duplicate purchases;
- delivery failure caused by our systems that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time;
- corrupted or unusable files delivered by us;
- a file that is materially different from the product description.
Before issuing a refund, we may first attempt to resolve the issue by
re-sending files, replacing files, or providing technical support.
4. Demo and Trial Files
Demo, trial, or preview font files are provided only for evaluation. They may
not be used in final commercial or published work unless a valid commercial
licence has been purchased.
5. Exclusions
Refunds are generally not available for:
- change of mind after purchase;
- failure to read the product description or licence terms before purchase;
- compatibility issues with unsupported software or workflows not described by us;

requests made after the files have been downloaded, installed, copied,
shared, or used, except where mandatory law requires otherwise; - subjective preference regarding style, appearance, or creative suitability.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply
under applicable law.
7. Digital Content Acknowledgement
By completing a purchase, you agree that digital delivery may begin
immediately. Where applicable law allows, your right to cancel or withdraw may
be lost once download or access begins.
8. Support and Requests
If you believe your order qualifies for review, contact us within 7 days of
purchase at

and include your order number, purchase email address, and a clear
description of the issue.
